HFHH's "Co-Parenting: Two Parents, Two Homes" is designed to assist families that are going through a break-up, separation, divorce, foster care, or a relative placement. Our goal is to encourage the positive involvement of the adults in the lives of these children and to share skills/techniques that will reduce conflict and increase the effectiveness of parenting from separate homes. We accept court, agency, and self-referrals.
